1. Training and Course Refund Policy

1.1. Full Course Payment Refund
If you have enrolled in a course or training program and wish to cancel your enrollment, you may be eligible for a
full
refund provided:
Cancellation is requested before the course starts.

1.2. Partial Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel after the course has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund under the following
conditions:
Within the first week of the course: 50% of the total fees will be refunded.
After the first week: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this period.
1.3. Non-Refundable Fees
Registration Fees: Any non-refundable registration or enrollment fees paid at the time of course sign-up will not be
refunded under any circumstances.
Material/Software Fees: Any fees for course materials or software licenses are non-refundable.

2. Refund for Online Services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing)

2.1. Service Refunds
If you have purchased any of our digital marketing services (such as SEO, PPC, or social media management) and are
dissatisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Request made within 7 days of service commencement: You may request a refund if the services have not met the agreed
scope of work.
Prorated refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of
cancellation.
2.2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Failure to provide necessary information or access to accounts required to perform the services.
Change of mind after substantial progress or delivery of work.
Delays or underperformance caused by factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithm changes or
third-party
service failures.

3. Refund Process

details,
the reason for the refund request, and any relevant supporting documentation.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless an alternative is agreed
upon.

4. Exceptions

Customized Services: For services that are fully customized based on specific client requirements, refunds may not

available once work has commenced.
Discounted or Promotional Offers: Services or courses purchased at a discounted rate or under special promotions are
non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. No Refund for Free or Trial Services plus Demo Class or Website Aduiting FEE

Services or courses provided free of charge, or as part of a trial, are not eligible for refunds under any
circumstances.
